Costa Rica - 2021

While on a spontaneous trip to the magical jungles of Costa Rica, we tried our first hanging chairs.


We fell in love with the concept and decided to create our own.

Wrapped and Weaved

It took us 3 months to design and build the first two Cloud Chairs, which were only meant for us.

After urges from friends and family, we started making chairs for other people and turned it into a business. The original hanging chairs were wrapped and weaved with a synthetic wicker.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if I get my chair and decide I don't want it?

If you get your chair, and decide you don't want it, then we will provide a full refund upon receiving the chair back in its original condition. Just let us know why you no longer want the chair, we will send you a return label, package the chair and other accessories in the same box you received it.

Is there a discount if I order more than 1 chair?

Yes! We understand our chairs are a bit more expensive than other chairs so we try our best to help you out as much as possible. If you order 2 or more chairs, we will take off $100 per chair order. Example: If you buy 2 chairs, you save $200 on your order.  

What if I don't like the color scheme?

If you don't like the color then you are able to purchase a new set of fabrics and we will ship it to you where you're able to swap colors. If the fabric is still in new condition within the first 30 days, we will swap the colors for free.

What if I don't think its the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in?

If it's not the most comfortable chair you've ever sat in, we will ship you a pair of back and neck pillows to see if you can "tune" the chair to make it more comfortable. If you still don't like it, not a problem, we will send you a return label and we will refund you the whole amount when we receive everything. As long as it's within 30 days of you receiving your order.

What happens if something breaks on the chair?

Our warranty is 3 years for normal wear and tear on the frame and canopy skin. If a weld breaks, or canopy fabric rips from UV damage, then we will send a replacement to you for free after our investigation of the "break". We've been making chairs for almost 4 years now and have had zero customer issues.

Can I see an image of my chair before i buy it?

If you click on "choose my color"  on the link above, you can use our interactive image generator where you can mix and match the colors of the canopy skin and cushion to see what combo you like best.

What is your warranty?

3 year limited warranty on normal wear and tear for canopy skin and chair frame.
We don't make the stands, however, if it breaks within 2 years, we will replace it for free.

How much do new Canopy Skins cost?

A complete set of canopy skins are as follows:

Luxury Arms - full canopy skin: $250
Foam Arms - Full Canopy skin: $200
No arms - Full Canopy Skin: $150  

How does it hold up in the intense Sun?

We have many chairs in Phoenix for 3 years now, which is the hottest city in the US, and so far we have had no complaints from our customers. So in intense sun, they hold up very nicely. However, your body skin is a different story!

Is it really Drew and Shelby who handmake the chairs?

Yes! This is truly a small business where both of us do everything. Every single chair that is made from Jungle Living has been meticulously hand-crafted and made with love from both Drew and Shelby.
